UK KPMG leaders take on global roles

Firm announces Mike Rake's new global team, with a strong emphasis on UK accountants

A host of UK-based KPMG advisers have been promoted to global roles, the Big
Four firm said today.

Loughlin Hickey, currently head of tax for the Europe, Middle East and Africa
region, becomes global head of tax.

Michael Hughes, currently chairman of audit for KPMG’s UK member firm, is now
chairman of KPMG’s Global Audit Steering Group.

Oliver Tant has been appointed global chief operating officer of the
Financial Advisory Services practice, whilst Mick McLoughlin, currently UK head
of corporate recovery, becomes global head of corporate recovery.
