More than that, with the help of the parable-like story of Alan, who is fired because he likes to operate alone despite great success, High Five!’s real mission is to show how you turn your average bunch of desk jockies into a dynamic, well coordinated unit all working toward the same aim.
Of course the parable thing is about as sophisticated as a Disney movie but it makes the point and is as easy to read as Janet and John. ?:
