The British Council Sofia has given #4,500 to fund a management consultants assessment project by the IMC for the Bulgarian Association of Management Consultancy Organisations.
IMC vice president Richard Popple MIMC CMC, and professional registrar Paul Brown, will spend a week in Sofia at the end of March demonstrating the IMC’s new competence-based assessment systems and requirements for qualifying as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). The work will assess a number of Bulgarian consultants against the CMC standard and train two assessors.
The candidates will compile a professional record comprising summaries of assignments, evidence of training, qualifications and CPD and a detailed case study. This will be examined and an interview will be conducted for each candidate.
A full account of this project will appear in the May issue of IMC News.
