Big Four firms head graduate placement list as vacancy crisis eases
PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte are the top graduate recruiters at a time
when the vacancy crisis for university leavers is starting to ease, according to
new research.
The Big Four firms headed the list for graduate vacancies in a report by High
Fliers Research, with PwC offering 1,039 slots and Deloitte 1,000.
But while the study found that the top 100 employers were increasing
recruitment targets for 2010 by 12%, it warned that more than a quarter of those
had already been filled by last year’s university leavers.
