IGAF chairman Clarke dies

Jon Clarke, 56-year-old IGAF Worldwide European chairman, has died

Jon Clarke, European board chairman of accounting network IGAF Worldwide, has
died at the age of 56.

Clarke spent his career dealing with tax issues, having joined IGAF member
firm Buzzacott in 1981 and served as a partner since 1995.

‘Those who worked with Jon were always amazed by his intellectual power and
agility, and his ability to innovate yet tackle the compliance and planning
aspects of taxation practically and with an ever-present sense of humour,’ said
Anthony deLacey, chairman of Buzzacott.

Clarke leaves a wife and son.
