Stephen Pickup, the CFO of Landkom International, has been named acting chief
executive after the resignation of Richard Spinks.
The oilseed-producing company said today its chief executive Spinks had
stepped down from the board with immediate effect, elevating Pickup to the
acting chief executive role.
In a statement to the City, Landkom said: ‘Stephen Pickup, in addition to
being Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed acting Chief Executive.’
Landkom’s board is in advanced discussions with an external candidate and
expects to make an announcement shortly, the company added.
