Watchdog lays complaints against McLure Watters

AADB files complaints over audits of Emerging Business Trust and EBT Venture Fund

The accounting profession’s watchdog has laid complaints against McLure
Watters Chartered Accountants over its audits of two clients.

The executive counsel of the
AADB
has filed disciplinary complaints against the firm and Rollo McClure over the
audits of Emerging Business Trust for the years ended 30 September 1998 to 30
September 2002, and the accounts of EBT Venture Fund for year end 30 September
2001.

Anthony Evans will chair the independent tribunal.
