RSL Com rescue bid
Chartered accountant Joseph Wazzan, previously of Ernst & Young and KPMG, will head a new business recovery company, SpringTurn, which was launched on March 27.
The new turnaround company focuses on owner-managed small and medium-sized businesses in the UK and will use a hands-on approach to help turn around distressed companies. The company has two other partners, Paul Davies and Nick Hood, as well as access to 50 professionals in various fields who can act as interim managers under Wazzan’s leadership.
