Grant Thornton ensures tasty MBO
Mid-tier firm Grant Thornton has successfully advised the management buyout of food processing company John Rannoch Limited.
Grant Thornton helped in the completion of the acquisition by a four-strong management team. The firm was lead by Keith Mitchell, Tim Blois and Sally Carter.
‘Rannochs’ supplies retailers and food service customers with meal solutions, roast and coated chicken products, and was established by the Williams family in 1933.
The Williams family, which still has a minority shareholding in the business was advised Birketts Solicitors with Ensors Chartered Accountants providing tax advice.
