COA buys Inca Planning from insolvent business
COA
Solutions has acquired planning and reporting software Inca
Planning.
The technology purchase comes from Inca technology International, which is in
administration.
Inca Planning has been rebranded as ClearView Planner.
The planning technology is built on Microsoft’s.NET framework, and can be
accessed online.
The deal price was undisclosed.
Mark Thompson, MD of COA Solutions, said: “Our acquisition of ClearView
Planner is a direct response to growing demand for budgeting and planning
solutions. In the current economic climate, the ability to reforecast and
tightly manage rolling forecasts is essential.”
