The English ICA has fined three of the top six accountancy firms for violations of the Pensions Act 1995. Among other firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton were fined #18,000, #12,000 and #3,750 respectively by the institute’s investigation committee for failing to report on time to the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Agency.
