Wolf appointed CFO and vice president at IT security giant
Dennis Wolf, former CFO at MySQL, lands dual role at Finjan
Finjan, the US-based IT security supplier, has appointed Dennis Wolf as chief
financial officer and executive vice president.
Wolf takes over from Ezra Sofer, who was previously the CFO but was not
executive VP. Wolf will be based at Finjan’s headquarters in California.
He was formerly CFO at MySQL, the database management supplier,
where he helped oversee the acquisition of Sun Microsystems
for $1bn early last year.
Wolf previously worked in a senior finance post at Sun. He also worked at
Apple in a senior finance position.
John Vigourous, chief executive officer at Finjan, said: ‘[Wolf’s] enterprise
technology experience, leadership and foresight will be extremely valuable for
us, allowing us to manage and build on our strong financial growth.’
