Solution 6 1998 report
Australian accountancy software specialist Solution 6 reported profits of Aus$20.4m (#7.3m) for the year ended 30 June 1998. Profits were achieved by sales of shares and securities worth $22.7m. The group’s 85% increase in UK business comes mainly from sales of its PerTax self-assessment preparation package.
Tax planner Comtax, based in Helsingborg, Sweden, is marketing a specialist international tax-planning program called Gaintax, designed to handle shareholdings of any size.
