IRIS, the tax software specialist, has released an upgrade to its business tax product, designed to help calculate figures involved in working out liabilities on dividends. It achieves this by automating all the calculations required to comply with the new shadow ACT provisions introduced in the Budget last March. The upgrade is free to existing users and included in all new releases of IRIS from version 6.7 upwards.
