RSM Robson Rhodes partners Daniel Smith and Simon Bower are considering offers on WS Simpson. The dye producer went into administration in August because the unexpectedly high costs of its move to Weir and strict EU regulations on chemicals led the company to run out of cash. Smith said: ‘We are working on offers which we hope to bring to fruition in a couple of weeks.’
