Property developer Urban Splash has appointed 36-year-old former Deloitte
director Julian Curnuck as its group FD.
Curnuck has more than 13 years’ experience, including 10 years at Arthur
Andersen. His background is in audit and advisory, and he has worked with many
large private and listed businesses in both the northwest of England and across
the UK.
Urban Splash said that Curnuck’s experience in the private property sector

A company spokesman said Curnuck would lead ‘all financial aspects’ of the

design of its award winning buildings’.
Tom Bloxham, chairman of Urban Splash said of his appointment: ‘As Urban
Splash grows it is great to see talent joining us from major corporate
organisations’.
