Iris launches HR advice helpline
Iris launches HR advice helpline, two months after Sage's scheme
Accounting practice and business software providers Iris have launched an HR
and legal helpline, following soon after Sage’s similar scheme was revealed two
months ago.
The launch, billed as a ‘natural progression for the company’ by Iris chief
executive Martin Leuw, will provide telephone support regarding employments law
issues to SMEs.
Leuw said that the helpline had been examined over the last 12 months, and
was focused on ‘what customers need’ rather than looking at competitors.
The entry level for a company employing between 1 and 10 employees is priced
at £250 pa. An ‘HR bundle’ comprising access to the legal helpline and Iris’ HR
Manager product, costs £450 for a company employing less than 10 staff.
Sage launched HR Advice in Juneo and provides advice via a website and
helpline support.
