Delling Group, the marketing services company, has said that it has ‘bigger
fish to fry’ when asked if it was looking for a replacement finance director.
A spokesman for the company said it had ‘bigger fish to fry’ than finding an
FD after Svante Goden resigned from the chief financial officer role after less
than a year in the position in December 2008.
The company announced today that its’ nominated adviser (NOMAD) had resigned.
It must find a replacement NOMAD within one month of today or shares and trading
in the company on the Aim market will be cancelled.
Geir Lolleng, its chief executive officer, handed in his resignation at the
end of last year.
