Nicholls wins Senior FD position
International manufacturing group announces chartered accountant Simon Nicholls as its FD-in-waiting
Simon Nicholls will step up to the FD throne of Senior plc next month.
The aerospace system group said: ‘Senior is pleased to announce the
appointment of Simon Nicholls as group finance director.’
Nicholls, a chartered accountant, joins the group from Hanson where he was
group financial controller and then CFO of Hanson’s North American operations.
Senior Chairman Martin Clark said: ‘I am very pleased to welcome Simon
Nicholls to [the company]. His personality, financial experience and extensive
international exposure, particularly to North America, make him a great addition
to the group.’
Nicholls joins the board as of 1 May 2008.
