Bull Information Systems has completed an #8m change management project for electricity company Eastern Group. The project involved the rewriting and modification of the company’s billing and customer services systems.

The Capita Group has acquired Sector Holdings, a treasury and financial management advisor. Capita takes the whole of Sector’s ordinary share capital for #10.7m.
