PricewaterhouseCoopers is suing software developers Indicii Salus for refusing to pay for a potential stock market flotation report. PwC claims the company has failed to pay its #72,447 fees for writing a strategic review on a potential flotation or sale in 1998. Indicii agreed earlier to pay #50,000 but has not paid despite requests, according to a High Court writ.
