EADS FD steps back from Airbus role

EADS' FD leaves role at subsidiary Airbus after bringing together the two finance functions

EADS finance director Hans Peter Ring is stepping back from his temporary
role as FD at subsidiary Airbus after helping it through production delays.

His deputy Harald Wilhelm will take over the role at Airbus. Wilhelm was
previously Airbus COO.

The company said that following delays of production of its A380 plane, it
became apparent that integration between Aribus and mother company EADS needed
‘drastic improvement’.

Integration of the finance function has now been achieved, it said.
