Andersen’s German partners voted yesterday to join and E&Y partners are due to vote on Saturday.
E&Y have already agreed deals with Andersen in France, Luxembourg,the Baltic states, Australia and New Zealand, Singapore and Russia.
There remain still many Andersen offices which have yet to announce details of their intentions to merge.
