Plan which would see manufacturers get tax credits for building industrial plants and help spur the UK economy gains support
A plan for manufacturers to get tax credits for building new plants has
received a key boost from the Business Secretary Lord Mandelson.
The proposal, drawn up by Stan Boland, chief executive of
Icera said companies
would recover 20% of their investment through a tax credit, the
FT
reported.
“This is exactly the kind of thing I would I take a look at,” Lord Mandelson
said last week.
