Lynton Green has joined Manchester City Council education department as head of finance. He previously worked for the London Borough of Bromley’s group accountant for education and leisure. Prior to joining Bromley in March 1999, Lynton had worked for Medway Council and Kent County Council as education principal accountant. He is a member of CIPFA.
