Help on IR35 'nightmare'.

The Association of Technology Staffing Companies has issued advice to computer contractors to help them overcome the ‘bureaucratic nightmare’ of IR35. While the association now expects the remaining IR35 proposals to go through, it will continue to lobby the government for further concessions on allowable expenses, particularly for training costs and capital allowances on computer systems and software.
