Administrators at Deloitte and Touche are working together with Grant Thornton, calling meetings and putting together information to ensure a smooth transition.

Nick Dargan, the partner leading the administration, said the Deloitte team would be working with Grant Thornton until the back end of October, when the official liquidation begins.

Two weeks ago, the administrators held an auction of ITV Digital’s assets but were unable to say how much it made for creditors. The fallen digital company owes creditors £1.27bn. Of this amount £400m is owed to parent companies Carlton and Granada.
