I-mate FD to leave the company for personal reasons in September: search for his replacement begins

Gregor McNeil is stepping down as finance director of i-mate, the AIM-listed
company which provides Microsoft Windows for mobile phones.

McNeil, who will continue with the company until September to ensure a smooth
transition to the new FD, is leaving the company for personal reasons.

He joined the company from NTL, where he was cable finance director. He
previously served in a number of divisions for Telewest after working for Arthur
Andersen.

The search for McNeil’s replacement has begun.
