Mark Winter has been appointed FD for direct marketing group DM, after
providing consultancy services for the group since November 2004.
Winter qualified as a charted accountant with KPMG in 1992 and served as
financial controller in a number of companies before joining Minerva
International Holdings in 1998.
In a busy year for DM, the group had earlier changed its name from Hawthorn
Holdings, and also acquired Strike Lucky and Purely Creative.
