M&S finance chief's departure delayed

Marks & Spencer's FD Alison Reed will stay on, as a replacement has yet to be recruited.

The Times reports that M&S is understood to be in the final stages of appointing a new FD, but may need months to organise the contractual obligations of the new appointment. Until it has finalised these detail, Reed will stay on as FD.
