Vantis to float on AIM on 1 May

Vantis, the revamped accountancy consolidator, has confirmed 1 May as its launch date on the Alternative Investment Market.

Vantis’ long-awaited launch is expected to raise £2.65m, which will be used to expand the company further, according to news reports today.

Mid-tier firm Morgan, Brown & Spofforth is understood to be the leading presence behind a revamped consolidator which plans to target the small end of the market. The company will not offer an audit service.

No one was available for comment at Morgan, Brown & Spofforth.
