Deloittes yet to decide on LLP status
Deloitte & Touche has vehemently denied rumours that a ballot concerning its legal status had already taken place, saying partners would be voting on limited liability partnership later in the year.

A Deloittes spokeswoman denied the rumour that 95% of its UK partners had already voted in favour of LLP status, saying the firm was unlikely to announce any changes until the Spring.
She told Accountancy Age all Deloitte partners in the UK were expected to make the vote at the same time ‘within the next couple of months’.
