Deloitte finds buyer for Elonex
London-based computer group sold by administrators
The business and assets of Elonex Public Limited Company, the
London-based computer and IT services provider, has been sold by Deloitte to
Applied Film Industries Company plc saving the jobs of 48 employees.
The sale was facilitated by Deloitte administrators Neville Kahn and Nick
Edwards, who said that Applied Film Industries was now responsible for running
Elonex
Administrator Neville Kahn said the sale provided ‘an excellent platform for
the business and the workforce to prosper in the future’.
‘The workforce in particular has maintained support for the administration
throughout this very uncertain time and this has been an important element in
securing the successful sale of the business,’ he added.
