    Appointment at RSL Communications and RSL COM.

    Peter Spratt, Neville Kahn and Steven Pearson, partners at PricewaterhouseCoopers, have been appointed joint administrators to RSL Communications and RSL COM.

    Additionally, Spratt and, Randall Eiseberg and Peter Mitchell were appointed provisional liquidators of the firms’ holding company RSL Communications Ltd. PwC said the firms, hit by the current malaise in the telecoms market, were ‘not in any formal insolvency or reorganisation proceedings other than in the United States.’ Its subsidiary has filed for Chapter 11.
