Internet TV software group loses FD

ANT plc looking for new FD

ANT
plc
, the UK-based Internet TV software company, is looking for a
new finance director after its incumbent group FD Paul Dodd announced his
decision to leave the company for personal reasons.

ANT said it was currently taking steps to recruit a successor for Dodd, with
Bruce Anderson named as its acting group finance director on an interim basis.

Anderson was until recently finance director of
TTP
Communications
before it was acquired by
Motorola.
