Wiseman was selected at an awards dinner in Mayfair last night for transforming a family-owned business with one dairy into the country’s third largest milk supplier, with turnover of £390m a year, producing more than a billion litres of milk.
Wiseman, dubbed ‘The Scottish Milkman’ in the northern press, supplies about 80% of Scottish supermarkets and 70% of neighbourhood retailers
Adam Balon, Richard Reed and Jon Wright, co-directors of Innocent Drinks, the smoothie manufacturer, triumphed in the Young Entrepreneurs of the Year category.
