Private equity investor and fund manager appoints former BAA deputy CFO Fordham as FD from July
The former deputy CFO of BAA, Lynn Fordham, had been appointed finance
director at private equity investor and fund manager
SVG Capital.
Fordham will take up the position at the beginning of July, following a time
at Barratt Developments in an interim position in M&A, integration and
strategy, and will also be proposed to the board as an executive director at the
2009 agm.
With over 20 years of financial experience, the 44-year old has also held
positions as deputy chief financial officer and director of business assurance
of BAA, senior audit and risk positions at Boots and Chubb and has also worked
at British-American Tobacco and Mobil Oil. Fordham qualified as an accountant
with Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Co.
