PRACTICE[QQ] North of England business support firm Walkers Chartered Accountants has opened a new office in Redcar with the help of former cabinet minister and local MP Mowlam. The firm already has offices in Hartlepool, Middlesborough, and Stokesley. The event was also attended by local business providers.
Mowlam, pictured with office manager Diane Hodgson, cut the red ribbon and expressed her best wishes to the firm. She said: ‘I am delighted to welcome Walkers to the town, I wish you every success for the future.’ John Kearney, partner in charge of the Redcar office said he was delighted Mowlam was able to attend. ‘The opening of the Redcar branch is a major development for the team at Walkers. To have such a prominent local and national figure supporting the event meant a lot to us,’ he said.
