KPMG appoints new US chief

Jack Taylor becomes COO for Americas region

KPMG’s American chairman, Tim Flynn, has announced that his executive
vice-chair Jack Taylor is to take over the additional responsibility of regional
chief operating officer for the same region.

Taylor, 54, is set to work with the international member firms of the region
– which include Latin America, Mexico, the Caribbean, the United States and
Canada – playing a role in aligning their respective strategies, structure and
business plans.

He also serves as the relationship partner for several Fortune 500 companies.
