Staff at KPMG may soon have to do their spreadsheets by candlelight. The Big Five firm has appointed Mike Kelly, a man with a staggering energy-saving reputation, as its UK environment manager. While working at NatWest Kelly reduced the bank’s multimillion pound electricity bill by a third over three years. His methods have yet to be revealed, but staff at Salisbury Square may want to consider investing in torches.
