Ex-Vantis man faces Trust disciplinary

Ronald Bassett Cross to face ICAEW disciplinary

A former Vantis personal finance expert faces an ICAEW disciplinary for
selling properties out of a trust without telling the beneficiaries he was a
long-time acquaintance of the buyer.

Ronald Bassett Cross faces a number of claims from the disciplinary panel,
including receiving payments from the trust he was not entitled to, and failing
to realize assets in the trust and distribute them.

He is also accused of misleading the investigation case manager about files
relating to the Trust

The hearing takes place tomorrow.
