Digita awarded new ICAEW IT accreditation

As predicted by Accountancy Age earlier this month, Digita has been awarded ICAEW accreditation for its accounts production software, Digita Accounts Pro.

It joins Sage as the only other company currently with a product accredited for accounts production software.

‘Gaining ICAEW accreditation will give accountants an extra confidence factor when choosing Accounts Pro,’ said Digita managing director Jeremy Rihll.

The accreditation award for accounts production software was recently introduced to sit alongside the ICAEW’s two other accreditations: accounting products and non-accounting products.

Sage and the ICAEW will both have stands at the Softworld Accounting and Finance show, being held at Olympia, London on 3-4 March.
