AXIS-Shield has appointed Ronny
Hermansen as its new company FD.
Hermansen is the former FD of subsidiary business Axis-Shield ASA in Oslo.
His appointment follows the departure of Paul Garvey from the post after
seven years and comes just three weeks after the company unveiled its second
consecutive full year of profit and forecast ‘significant’ revenue growth.
