Robson Rhodes backs out of Numerica talks

Robson Rhodes has backed out of talks to buy Numerica becoming the second potential bidder to withdraw in as many weeks.

It follows the breakdown in talks between Numerica and BDO Stoy Hayward.

Numerica said the latest breakdown was due to ‘cultural differences’ in certain areas.

Numerica shares were trading at 44p this morning compared to a price of 57p reached earlier this week.
