Pamela Whitford-Jackson and HMC management consultancy have won a contract to work with the Department of the Environment’s Audit Services division to develop an activity-based costing module for the Resource Management Audit.

Sir Antony Cleaver, chairman of AEA Technology and a former head of IBM UK, has become chairman of management consultancy The Strategic Partnership (London). SPL specialises in corporate renewal as advocated by the RSA enquiry Tomorrow’s Company. AT Kearney vice-president Patrick McHugh will also be joining SPL as a director.

Louis Hall has joined OSI as assistant programme manager. He will be working on the Electricity Pool on the 1998 programme under the programme’s manager, Peter Bostock, and will be responsible for the day to day management of the project. Hall previously worked for Andersen Consulting.

Neal Cline is the new sales and marketing director of Siemens Business Services following company expansion. Cline joins from EDS where he was vice president, responsible for strategic sales in the UK and South Africa.

In his new role, Cline will be responsible for business development, bid management and communications.

Logica has recruited Peter Bould to head its automotive consultancy business. Bould joins the consultancy from Deloitte & Touche consulting group where he was responsible for business development in the automotive and engineering sectors.

The Aziz Corporation has appointed Alexandra Lloyd as its marketing manager. Apart from marketing the company’s consultancy services, she will also lead the development of the company’s new interactive training division which is launching a CD-rom later this year.

Another recruit to The Aziz Corporation is Sarah Taylor who joins with the specific task of managing and developing Colloquik, a course for business people who do not speak English as a first language. Taylor is a qualified linguist with experience teaching English as a foreign language.

Richard Last is the new general manager of CSI’s outsourcing division.

The position is a newly created one, following expansion within the division.

Last joins from ITnet where he was divisional manager of commercial sector sales.

Eric Burrows, former marketing director of Kinsley Lord, has been appointed head of corporate marketing for parent company, Towers Perrin, working from its head office in New York. Andrew Jackson, a consultant with Kinsley Lord is replacing Burrows as marketing director.

Another recruit to Kinsley Lord is chartered psychologist, Vyla Rollins.

Formerly head of organisation consulting at KPMG, Rollins will be specialising in organisation development.

Jon James has joined the growing sales team of BACG as account director.

This is a new position resulting from company expansion. James previously worked for Memorex Telex as its southern sales manager.

European IT services group CMG has appointed Keith Clarke as associate director of its Advanced Technology Centre. Clarke will have specific responsibility for business development. He has been with the company for three years, most recently specialising in customer service solutions for the financial services and utilities.

Chris Green the former managing director of InterCity and Network SouthEast, has joined GIBB Business Consultancy as managing director. Launched in January of this year, GIBB is a division of Sir Alexander Gibb & Partnership, and provides strategic advice to businesses.
