    UK 200 Group gets new head of corporate finance panel

    Keith White, director of corporate finance at Oxford-based Critchleys, has been elected chairman of the UK 200 Group's corporate finance panel.

    A merchant banker with wide City experience, White was a director of County Natwest and previously regional manager of Barclays Merchant Bank.

    He said: ‘A growing number of UK 200 Group firms now have specialists in corporate finance handling mergers and acquisitions, management buy-ins and management buy-outs.

    ‘One of my aims will be to enhance the UK 200 Group’s links with institutions, venture capitalists, stockbrokers the Stock Exchange, AIM and OFEX.’
