Deloitte man joins disputes panel
Deloitte partner Ian McIsaac has been appointed a member of the Board of the City Disputes Panel.
Managing partner of Deloitte’s Global Reorganisation Services, McIsaac is also chairman of the International Panel of the Financial Deepening Challenge Fund, set up by the UK Government to promote financial innovation in developing countries.
He said: ‘My insolvency and corporate restructuring experience has given me extensive exposure to UK and foreign litigation as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for the settlement of major disputes.’
The disputes panel provides the financial services industry with a means of dispute resolution wihtout going through the courts and has been in operations since 1994.
