Engineering group Weir has appointed Scottish Power group director of finance
Keith Cochrane as FD.
Cochrane takes on the role from July, when he replaces Chris Rickard. Before
his term at Scottish Power, Cochrane was FD and then chief executive at
Stagecoach. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Weir chairman Sir Robert Smith said: ‘Keith Cochrane comes to Weir with the
extensive experience required as we continue with our programme to achieve world
class standards across the group and grow shareholder value.’
