A partner at Harris Lipman has been appointed as the new liquidator of
Our Price.
Freddy Khalastchi has been appointed to succeed the original liquidators,
PricewaterhouseCoopers in investigating the company’s financial affairs
and recovering assets for the creditors.
Our Price was previously a leading high street retailer of records and tapes.
It went into trading difficulties and entered administration in 2003.
Liquidators were then appointed the following year.
Khalastchi said: ‘The creditors on this case are significant and they want a
thorough investigation into what has gone on. That is what we will be
striving to achieve in this case.’
