A decision on whether or not to appeal the Arctic Systems decision is
expected today.

A spokesman for HM Revenue & Customs said this morning that the
department would hope to have a decision by today, but that the final deadline
is Monday.

The case was won by Arctic in the Court of Appeal, with HMRC refused leave to
appeal. It is now considering whether or not to make a final plea to be allowed
to appeal to the Lords.

Accountancy Age will have the decision, alongside analysis, as soon
as it is in.
