A spokesman for HM Revenue & Customs said this morning that the
department would hope to have a decision by today, but that the final deadline
The case was won by Arctic in the Court of Appeal, with HMRC refused leave to
appeal. It is now considering whether or not to make a final plea to be allowed
to appeal to the Lords.
